Returns / Changes

You reserve the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To exchange or return a product you must first contact our call center and customer service so that the exchange process can be carried out by us. The policy of free changes applies only to the first change on the whole within the same order and each new shipment will be charged with shipping costs of €4.00.

The Free Exchanges – Returns Policy only applies to products NOT purchased at a discount. In any other case, there is a fee of €4.00 for each change or return

If the customer has paid the cost for the change and then decides to return the products, there is no charge of €4.00 again. Free shipping-returns apply to orders within Greece.

Conditions

A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product as well as the packaging that accompanies it are in perfect condition, without the slightest use and that the special markings (tags/barcodes) have not been removed.

In any other case, the customer loses the right to change or return the product, even if the return is due to the original fault of the company. All returns are made with CENTER COURIER. The company will not accept any return that incurs shipping costs and is made with another courier company. In case of damage to the product by the transport company during the return, the customer is responsible and BIOKINESIS AEGIOU MON IKE bears no responsibility. and the customer loses any right to return or exchange the product. Due to this, in the event that the customer does not wish to return the product with CENTER COURIER, due to a lack of trust in it, he should submit his request via email to biokinisis.aigio@gmail.com and send the product with another company that will be indicated by the customer.

You must include a copy of your retail receipt or invoice to validate your right to purchase. We would like to inform you that the company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is under no obligation to replace them.

Money return

Any refund after receipt and inspection of the product will be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt or dispatch of all refund details (IBAN, beneficiary information).

The refund amount refers to the value of the product without including any costs that the customer may have paid during shipping to him.

All refunds are made by bank transfer, through a web banking process from our account to a cooperating bank and our company only assumes the bank costs incurred by this bank. Any bank charges that will arise to the customer cannot be known and are therefore borne by the customer.

In detail, in cases of payment, the refund is made:

Bank account deposit: Bank deposit of the amount of the purchase value of the product into an account (IBAN, Name of Beneficiary, Contracting bank) that will be indicated to us by the buyer via e-mail.

Pay on delivery: Bank deposit of the amount of the purchase value of the product into an account (IBAN, Name of Beneficiary, Contracting bank) that will be indicated to us by the buyer via e-mail.

Paypal: Refund of the purchase value of the product to the debit account. Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at their own expense. All of the above applies in every case of change or return, even if the reason is the original fault of the company.
